이 프로그램은 단발성 체험이 아닌, 도시에서도 가능한 자연 기반 생활을 직접 해보고, 개인별 목적에 맞는 긍정적 변화를 체감하는 과정입니다.
한 사람의 변화는 멈추지 않습니다. 쌓인 변화는 흐름이 되고, 그 흐름은 더 많은 사람들의 일상을 바꿉니다.

선발되신 분들은 파종 전, 직접 기르고 수확할 작물을 미리 선택하실 수 있습니다.
또한 프로그램에 참여하시면서 작물의 특징과 효능을 자연스럽게 알아가실 수 있습니다.
※ 작물의 종류는 온실 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있어요.
그래서 창사원은 직접 참여하는 4개월 프로그램을 시작했습니다.
이 프로그램은 단발성 체험이 아닌, 도심에서도 가능한 자연 기반 생활을
